I have been somewhat succesful betting golf, thought I would share my picks. Take them for what they are worth.
The AT&T is getting a lot more of the bigger International names as they try and check out the course for preparation of this year's US Open.
The lines below are from an outfit called Wagerstorm that the local guy uses to have his players place their wagers.
Luke Donald (-115) over Matt Kuchar (-115)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
Luke is playing for the 3rd consecutive week and really like the way he finished the weekend last week at the Nothern Trust (66's on Sat & Sun) finishing second overall. Donald has not played the AT&T since 2007 (missed cut) but did have a 7th place finish there in 2006 as well as a couple of top 20 finishes in the AT&T. Kuchar no slouch this year with 2 top 5 and 3 top 20 finishes this year. Kuchar did finish 14th last year at the AT&T, but something tells me Donald will play really well this week.<o></o>

Vijay Sing (-105) vs Adam Scott (-125)<o></o>
Basing this pick on VJ’s past history at Pebble Beach a 2nd, 11th, and 7th place finishes the last 4 years (did miss the cut last year). Singh hasn’t done anything this year in his 2 starts but neither has Scott. Both of them missed the cut last week at the Nothern Trust (coincidently they both shot 73 on Thursday and Friday).<o></o>
Also played Donald +2000 and Sing +3000 to win the AT&T
Good Luck
