I have been somewhat succesful betting golf, thought I would share my picks. Take them for what they are worth.

The AT&T is getting a lot more of the bigger International names as they try and check out the course for preparation of this year's US Open.

The lines below are from an outfit called Wagerstorm that the local guy uses to have his players place their wagers.

Luke Donald (-115) over Matt Kuchar (-115)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Luke is playing for the 3rd consecutive week and really like the way he finished the weekend last week at the Nothern Trust (66's on Sat & Sun) finishing second overall. Donald has not played the AT&T since 2007 (missed cut) but did have a 7th place finish there in 2006 as well as a couple of top 20 finishes in the AT&T. Kuchar no slouch this year with 2 top 5 and 3 top 20 finishes this year. Kuchar did finish 14th last year at the AT&T, but something tells me Donald will play really well this week.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Vijay Sing (-105) vs Adam Scott (-125)<o:p></o:p>
Basing this pick on VJ’s past history at Pebble Beach a 2nd, 11th, and 7th place finishes the last 4 years (did miss the cut last year). Singh hasn’t done anything this year in his 2 starts but neither has Scott. Both of them missed the cut last week at the Nothern Trust (coincidently they both shot 73 on Thursday and Friday).<o:p></o:p>

Also played Donald +2000 and Sing +3000 to win the AT&T

Good Luck

I hammered Weir vs Harrington @-105 this morning, checked it again this evening and Weir is -140 now.
Donald is very hot coming into thie tourney, Kuchar is as well, however I think Donald is a safe bethere. Haven't seen much of Adam Scott this year, but wouldn't mind VJ @ -105.

Best of luck, it will be interesting to see how Monterey plays this first go around.

Ended up taking Davis Love at 65 to 1 for 1 unit

DeLaet at 325 to 1 for 2 units

and Vijah at 80 to 1 for 5 units

I think the field is wide open this year, and feel there was a lot of value in Love and Vijah....both usually play well at Pebble.

I think DeLaet is going to a very good pro....expect him to get a win soon.

Well both Singh and Donald looking promising at 6 and 5 under respectively. Would loveto see Kuchar and Scott both miss the cut to get the wins today. Besides Singh and Donald bets to win, I threw Furyk in to win as well. The cut is currently at -3 and Scott as well as Kuchar are both at -2.

things should get really interesting when we get everyone back @ Pebble on Sunday. We'll see what Dustin Johnson does @ Spyglass tomorrow, as it seems alot of low scores have been posted there already.

Marino gonna make a run tomorrow. He's -7 and got the easiest course of the 3 being Pebble.

I know that he is 7 strokes off the lead....but Mallinger loves the Pebble Beach course. He shot 65 in back to back years 2007,2008. finishing 3rd both years. Last year the last round at Pebble got rained out.

He will be playing it today and tomorrow two 65's and who knows? 600 to 1 at 5 dimes right now.
